Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website amprover.com (the "Site") and any rental, purchase, or other services offered by Amprover ("Amprover," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including solar-powered surveillance trailers and related equipment (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, renting, or purchasing equipment from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Overview of Services

Amprover offers solar-powered surveillance trailers for rent and for sale, along with related accessories, delivery, setup, and support services. Specific rental terms, pricing, delivery/pickup logistics, deposits, and duration will be set forth in a separate Rental Agreement or Sales Order/Invoice signed by the customer, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Rental Agreement or Sales Order, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.

2. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or security
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without our written permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Pricing

  • Quotes provided via the Site or by phone/email are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in a written Rental Agreement or Sales Order/Invoice.
  • Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, equipment unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Rental Terms

If you rent equipment from us, the following general terms apply in addition to your signed Rental Agreement:

  • Condition of Equipment: Trailers are provided in good working condition. Customer is responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery/pickup and reporting any issues immediately.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period, including protection from theft, vandalism, weather damage, and misuse.
  • Loss or Damage: Customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for damaged, lost, or stolen equipment during the rental period, as detailed in the Rental Agreement.
  • Insurance: Customer may be required to maintain insurance coverage for the rented equipment, as specified in the Rental Agreement.
  • Late Returns/Fees: Late return of equipment may result in additional daily rental charges and/or fees as specified in the Rental Agreement.
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required and is subject to the terms outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Permitted Use: Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose (surveillance/monitoring) and must not be modified, disassembled, or used unlawfully.

5. Sales Terms

If you purchase equipment from us:

  • Ownership transfers upon full payment, as specified in the Sales Order/Invoice.
  • Warranty: Any manufacturer or Amprover warranty will be specified separately in writing. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN WARRANTY, ALL EQUIPMENT IS SOLD "AS IS," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  • Returns: Returns, exchanges, or refunds on purchased equipment are subject to our separate Return Policy, if applicable, or as set forth in your Sales Order.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms (deposits, invoicing, due dates, accepted payment methods) will be specified in your Rental Agreement or Sales Order.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest, late fees, and/or suspension of services, as permitted by Florida law.
  • Customer is responsible for any collection costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in collecting unpaid amounts, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Amprover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, rental, or purchase of equipment, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
  • Amprover's total liability arising out of any rental or sale shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific equipment or service giving rise to the claim.
  • Amprover is not responsible for damages, losses, or claims arising from improper use, unauthorized modification, or use of equipment in violation of applicable law (e.g., improper surveillance of private property, violation of privacy laws).
  • Customer is solely responsible for ensuring their use of surveillance equipment complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including privacy and surveillance laws.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amprover, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use or misuse of rented or purchased equipment; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights, including privacy rights of individuals surveilled using the equipment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Amprover and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, a Rental Agreement, or a Sales Order shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties (Website)

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
